My name is Jonathan Kondor, I’m 18 years old, and I live off grid 10 miles out of Lovelock, Nevada. I’m interested in many many things, and I have an odd drive to become a master at everything I do. Many people title me as a “Renaissance man” due to my wide ranges of expertise in many fields and philosophical thought process. I am really invested in helping people improve their lives (on a personal level), and I’m working on branching out to help a larger audience.
When I was 7 years old, living in Carson City, Nevada, I learned how to juggle. I found myself naturally inclined to juggle as I was very dexterous already, but after I learned, I realized juggling has some seriously cool physical and mental benefits. I started excelling in school, sports, socializing, and pretty much every aspect of my life at the time. When I was 8, my brother Caleb and I started juggling professionally, and we started doing gigs based in California. Acrobatics and other related stunting immediately worked its way into the show and my life. I joined the 5th grade band as a percussionist shortly thereafter, and boy did that take off. I was lucky to have extremely good band teachers that could give me one on one, and in 6th grade I got together with a group other talented percussionists and we founded a middle school percussion ensemble called the Percussion Incredibles, or “PI” for short. We practiced every Tuesday after school, and we performed for all the regular school concerts, some various school events, and a few other non-school venues. Meanwhile, Caleb and my juggling career was taking off, and we were working on the weekends for over half of the year. The summer before my 8th grade year, we temporarily joined a circus in southern California. That was a blast, to say the least… In high school, my percussion career took off even more. I auditioned and made it into Nevada’s All State Band and Orchestra for all four years of high school, which hasn’t been done by any other percussionist in Nevada for upwards of 2 decades due to the highly competitive nature of the auditions. Recently, singing has become a huge part of my life, and I’ve included it now into the list of main focuses that I spend time on every day. Other things that I’ve done throughout my days include lots of dance, theater, song writing, poetry, bmx and mountain biking, dirt biking, football, soccer, weight lifting, wrestling, hand balancing, and I’m dabbling in some martial arts. I probably forgot other things, but that’s a big chunk of what I do.
